Cancellation Policy for Dr Frank's Australia
At Doctor Franks Australia, we are committed to providing our patients with the best possible care and experience. As part of our commitment, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Consultation Deposit
To secure your consultation appointment, a deposit of $278 is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final cost if you attend your booked consultation and are deemed eligible for treatment.
2. Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and you will be refunded $189.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide us with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Eligibility
Our weight loss medications are science-backed and effective, but they may not be suitable for everyone, as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria stated on our website. Please take the time to review the information found on this site.
If, after your consultation, our medical team determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, or if you attend and decide not to proceed with treatment, your deposit will not be refunded.
